***Relocation Assistance Available SALARY: $92,139 to $122,084 FULL-TIME FULL BENEFITS Our client a large acute care and teaching hospital in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager or Risk Management for immediate hire. The hospital offers generous relocation packages for non-local candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION: - The Manager of Risk Management is a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for assisting the Director of Risk Management in leading our hospital's Patient Safety-Risk Management Program.
REQUIRED SKILLS: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University in related field required
- One (1) to three (3) years Risk Management experience
- Knowledgeable regarding Joint Commission Standards and CMS/DHS Regulations.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), preferred
- Thorough knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
- Must possess a detailed, in-depth knowledge of the principles of regulations, and standards to meet hospital, licensing, and accreditation.
- Demonstrates ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff, as well as ability to interact well with the public.
