The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end integration and coordination of all work performed by different departments and play a pivotal role in consolidating and reporting customer-specific KPIs, ensuring seamless operations, human capital management, and cost control for efficient program delivery. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of drone system operations for the customer are seamlessly performed including timely maintenance, repairs, and prioritized work assignments to a team of Field Operators. This role requires exceptional coordination skills to liaise with internal departments such as Delivery, Product, Supply, and Logistics. ;This position is based on-site at our operations hub in Midland, TX.
