This is not a remote position. Escobedo Group is a luxury custom home builder based in the greater Austin area and is seeking a Senior Construction Project/Program Scheduler to develop and maintain company-wide enterprise schedules for multiple, concurrent custom residential projects. This position requires extensive construction knowledge along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to create and maintain fabrication and installation schedules in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a professional role in our organization: the individual will interact and collaborate with the fabrication managers from four company divisions and the various individual project managers to develop consolidated schedules that will be used by senior management to assist in managing the enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain schedules for custom high-end residential construction, division fabrication (Stone, Metal, Dario Panelized Systems, and Cabinets), and project installation Maintain multiple, concurrent enterprise-wide program schedules Review, understand, and interpret plans and contract terms Assign company resources to all scheduled fabrication and installation activities Assist in streamlining processes and procedures to develop and maintain fabrication schedules Provide regular graphical reporting to company management, showing resource allocations and loading over multiple enterprise-wide division fabrication and project field activities Help define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility Provide schedule impacts for changes to project scope Assist in identifying and minimizing project risks Assist in communicating progress, issues, and solutions to senior management Skills/Background: Extensive construction experience, including custom residential projects Fabrication and enterprise-wide scheduling of multiple, concurrent projects Highly skilled in reading, understanding, and accurately interpreting blueprints & drawings Strong problem resolution capabilities, dealing with technically complex situations Great communication skills, both written and verbal, professional demeanor Strong computer skills, familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Project), and various other project scheduling applications BS Degree in an appropriate field is preferred Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus Our Successful Applicant: 5 years minimum experience within high-end luxury custom home projects Have scheduled multiple, concurrent residential and/or commercial projects valued at $5MM - $20MM Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture We offer a competitive salary, a full benefits package, and the opportunity to work in an innovative, collaborative environment.
