JOB PURPOSE The ERM Team Member will assist the Environmental Supervisor in the daily monitoring of lagoons and lagoon levels. Assists in the maintenance of equipment associated with the lagoons such as sprinklers, pumps and motors. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Assist coordinators in pumping procedures including paperwork and scheduling. Oversee routine maintenance on company equipment Apply extensive knowledge on sprinkler system and troubleshooting on irrigation motors. Duties: Supervise a Sow Farm and related personnel including day-to-day tasks of the farm, ensuring production targets are met, and supervising farm employees. Manage the research and control of animal selection, breeding practices to increase production efficiency and improve animal quality. Ensure the care and conditioning of sows on the farm.
