Sow Farm Supervisor, Seaboard Foods LLC, Julesburg, CO Duties: Supervise a Sow Farm and related personnel including day-to-day tasks of the farm, ensuring production targets are met, and supervising farm employees. Manage the research and control of animal selection, breeding practices to increase production efficiency and improve animal quality. Ensure the care and conditioning of sows on the farm.
