JOB PURPOSE Attend and care to swine and assists in supervising employees at the sow farm under direction of the manager. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Ensure all standard operating procedures are being followed and facilities are in good working condition. Duties: Responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day tasks of our loadout crews, as well as ensuring shipment targets of market hogs from our finisher farms to our processing plant are met. Ensure that all loadout crews operate in a safe, consistent, bio-secure manner.
