Position Summary CompQsoft is seeking an experienced and innovative Project Manager Professional to lead cross-functional teams in support of government contracts, focusing on our ES2D Naval ESS and other Department of Defense (DoD) modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, and excel at managing multiple concurrent projects utilizing PMI standard practices for cost and schedule performance methodology. This position requires a strategic leader who can develop project work plans, define scope and schedules, manage budgets, identify required resources, determine dependencies, quantify risk, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and customer satisfaction.
