The Business Systems & Operations Specialist administers the firm's business systems and technology platforms, maintains operational data, produces management reporting, manages user access and software resources, supports employees, and coordinates system improvements. The position collaborates with firm leadership, staff, vendors, and consultants to improve efficiency, data quality, system use, and operational effectiveness.
