Overview SUMMARY The Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the continued development, growth, and operation of Verbal Beginnings' Comprehensive Services program (including Speech-Language, Occupational Therapy, and Mental Health services). This role focuses on scaling and optimizing an established program-driving productivity, improving team engagement, strengthening software and workflow execution, and ensuring services are fully integrated into Center operations (Center Directors and Clinical Directors).
