Role Summary The IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the organization's core technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on, mid-level role suited for someone who can operate independently while partnering closely with Studio Operations and CatFace leadership to implement reliable, scalable systems. This role will own day-to-day system performance across network, cloud, and production environments, organize existing infrastructure, and establish foundational processes. While highly autonomous, this position collaborates with leadership on emerging priorities and long-term improvements.
