Meet The Owner of Paintworx My name is Josh Voigt, I have been an entrepreneur since age 12 when I built a 4' cargo trailer with my dad for my bike, and towed a lawn mower and push broom around the neighborhood mowing lawns for $5-$10 depending on size. In high school I bought a bond and liability insurance policy with my dad's help along with a used Thermax Extractor and cleaned carpets and upholstery for bars, used car lots, hotels, residences and others on the weekends or at night. I learned at an early age the value of paying attention to detail, keeping my word and valuing my reputation. I started painting the summer after high school and spent 10 years in the industry in Portland, OR, mostly as an owner. After meeting a wonderful woman in Redmond and dating for a year I made the move to Redmond and started Paintworx in the fall of 2012 with one van and a few ladders and sprayers. Now nine years later I am a happily married father of two, and Paintworx has grown from a "desk in the loft" to a warehouse with a sizable crew and support staff and the resources to solve complex problems and tackle large projects for our clients.
