POSITION OVERVIEW The District Manager manages a caseload of Community Development District (CDD) clients (10-25) which may include Property Owners Associations (POAs). District Managers analyze and monitor the adopted budgets of each of their CDD clients, ensuring that they are balanced and include all necessary expenditures and revenues. PFM is currently seeking an experienced Public Finance Project Manager (internally titled Senior Managing Consultant) or Senior Project Manager (internally titled Director) to work in our West Public Finance practice. The successful candidate(s) will work with public finance clients across sectors on the West coast. Travel throughout the region will be required as client needs dictate. The position may be based out of either our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Phoenix/Chandler office, and has a hybrid work arrangement.
