Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Service Delivery, the Assistant Director of IT Service Delivery / ServiceNow Platform Owner serves as the primary owner, administrator, and custodian of Wesleyan University's ServiceNow Service Management platform. This role is responsible for the overall health, governance, strategic planning, and long-term roadmap of ServiceNow, ensuring the platform effectively supports and advances service delivery across the University. In addition to platform ownership, this position provides leadership for frontline IT support operations, including oversight of the ITS Service Desk and Desktop Support teams. The office serves as a central resource for extracurricular engagement, supporting over 200 student groups and coordinating signature events from New Student Orientation to Senior Week that foster connection, celebration, and a strong sense of belonging. Reporting to the Director of Student Involvement, the Assistant Director supports and advises Wesleyan student leaders and assists in the coordination of student-initiated campus events.
