Skylight Autism Center is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) offering a fun work culture that you can't find anywhere else. In this role you will be responsible maintaining a clinical caseload of clients by completing individualized clinical learning needs, assessments, functional assessments, generating appropriate goals and objectives, writing behavior intervention plans, creating data collection systems, reviewing and analyzing data, documentation, collaborating with other professionals in the field, parent training and supervising Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s).
