The Service Technician Lead is responsible for leading field rebuild projects for agricultural air seeding and precision planting equipment. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the customer, field crew, and Service Office throughout project execution. Working from project plans developed by the Service Office, the Service Technician Lead coordinates on-site activities, assigns daily tasks, manages customer communication, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Red E quality standards. Position Summary The Product Specialist serves as the technical product expert and primary field resource for customers, dealers, sales personnel, and internal teams throughout North Dakota and surrounding areas. This customer-facing, field-based role is focused on supporting the successful introduction, demonstration, sale, operation, and continuous improvement of RedE products and equipment.
