The Sr. Project Manager goals are to assure the field team is working within the company SOP's and that the scope is clearly understood as it relates to the task planner and schedule. He/She is responsible for selecting the means and methods as well as submitting internal client's schedule to the GC, submittals, transmittals, timesheets, project information sheet, specifications review, buy outs, conducts and delegates project layout, material and equipment tracking.
