JOB SUMMARY: Hiring Partner : AcquisitionReps.com / Let's Grow COO Employer : Home Helpers Group Role : Home Buying Specialist Location : Remote + in-home seller appointments throughout California's Central Valley, primarily Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and surrounding markets Employment Type : Full-time W-2 Reports To : Dean Rogers and Luis Mota, owners Compensation : $40,000 guaranteed base + progressive 10%-20% commission on qualified gross profit + performance bonuses On-Target Earnings : $300,000-$450,000+ annually ABOUT THE COMPANY: Home Helpers Group has been buying homes in California since 2013 and has completed more than 850 transactions.
