The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate closely with our global Cabin Server and Owner Experience department to align HR strategies with business objectives, provide data-driven insights, and drive initiatives that support a high-performance global culture. This position requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drives collaboration on the development of HR activities, policies, processes, strategy and annual HR strategy between human resources team and Cabin Server leadership team.
