About the Role ITASCA is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead ITASCA Software - our business unit dedicated to the development, marketing, and sale of geomechanical and hydrogeological software. This is a rare opportunity to combine leadership and business acumen with technical depth, driving sustainable growth while building a high-performing, collaborative culture. The GM holds full P&L ownership and overall responsibility for the operation of ITASCA Software, including finances, business development, and staff, while serving as an external ambassador for the business.
