This position is located in the OKC Metro area- candidate must live within a reasonable commute to OKC. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall processing of all products/packages outbound/inbound to APMEX customers by the Operations team. Additionally, they are responsible for the overall inventory management, fulfillment, receiving, development of team members, analytical reporting/presentation on performance, and identification and execution of continuous improvement projects. A Day in the Life of an Operations Manager: Ensure all associates have the necessary equipment and knowledge to execute job functions within each department.
