Energy Support Services, a New Energy Equity company, keeps solar and energy storage systems safe, reliable, and producing clean power. As our Solar O&M Technician Level 3, you'll be the technical expert in the field, leading complex inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, and mentoring the next generation of technicians. You'll own your sites, shape how the work gets done, and follow a clear, defined development pathway with advancement to Technician Level 4. We are pleased to offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates selected for this role. Maine Master Electricians: no prior solar experience required - we'll train you. Pay: $75,000 -$95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
