Description Civil Engineer Regional Lead Position Description Cushing Terrell is seeking a Civil Engineer Regional Lead based in Billings, MT. The role exists to grow Cushing Terrell's civil engineering presence in the Billings market, and the person who fills it will have the opportunity to build an in-office team where one does not yet exist. Our Billings office already includes architecture and engineering disciplines, providing a built-in foundation for collaboration and internal project referrals from day one. This role will be a part of and supported by the Civil Engineering Service Sector across the firm.
