Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational functions and driving the product development lifecycle. This role coordinates across purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution from initial product concept through to launch. The focus is on bringing structure and efficiency to how our client develops and delivers its interior specialty products. The Operations Manager will support the development of processes, improve workflows, and ensure teams are aligned to deliver on customer commitments.
