Totum Market and Café is a new premium neighborhood grocery and café opening in downtown Tampa. The store combines a curated grocery assortment with a design-forward café experience and will serve as the flagship location for future expansion. We are currently hiring a Founding Store Director to lead pre-opening execution and long-term store operations. This role is responsible for translating merchandising strategy into operational readiness and establishing the systems, culture, and leadership structure that will support the store through launch and stabilization. The Store Director will partner directly with ownership and the Buyer Consultant to support distributor coordination, department setup, staffing strategy, and stock-the-store execution ahead of opening.
