Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Lead to support national construction programs across the restaurant (QSR), grocery, retail, and government sectors. This role plays a critical leadership position within Sevan's preconstruction team, partnering with operations, clients, and trade partners to deliver accurate, strategic pricing for both high-volume multi-site programs and larger, more complex commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced estimator who enjoys leading preconstruction efforts, analyzing risk, and collaborating closely with operations teams to develop competitive pricing strategies. Work Conditions & Travel: This is a hybrid role based in our Plano, TX corporate office. Occasional travel (10-15%) may be required for site walks, project meetings, or client coordination.
