General Summary The Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) at GTI Energy gives top-performing recent graduates in Mechanical, Chemical, and Technical Engineering the opportunity to contribute to solving global energy challenges. This full-time, permanent role begins with a two-year, high-visibility rotational program that provides hands-on experience across a broad range of energy technology development and implementation activities. Participants will complete up to four rotations, each approximately six months in duration, across the following departments: Research & Engineering, Engineering Operations, Digital Analytics, and Zero Emissions Systems.
