Director of Maintenance (DOM) Job Summary Responsible to ensure aircraft is airworthy to transport medical crew and patients. Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures. Responsible for: managing the scheduling of maintenance and mechanics, working with local FAA Certificate Management Team (CMT), ensuring all record keeping and aircraft records are in order and compliant, managing maintenance planning and tracking; performing records, maintenance, and safety audits at all locations of operation; managing parts inventory, parts ordering, and future parts needs; managing tooling and tools order; performing conformity of aircraft; other duties as assigned.
