The Role You will report directly to the CEO and be fully accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial reporting across our five entities. This is a hands-on leadership position-you will manage the accounting function end-to-end, implement strong controls, and deliver clear, actionable financial insights that directly impact our profitability and growth. What You Will Own Full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, treasury, and month-end close for all entities. Preparation and consolidation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (GAAP-compliant). Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control-especially around manufacturing, inventory, commodities, and transportation expenses.
