A respected, family-owned pork producer is seeking a Production Veterinarian to support herd health across an established genetics-to-finish system . This individual will oversee sow farms, gilt development units, and collaborate with finishing service teams . Unlike highly corporate environments, this role offers true autonomy, healthy herds, and the chance to contribute to long-term innovation rather than crisis management . You'll report directly to ownership and serve as the primary veterinarian  for the sow system while also partnering with a retiring DVM who will remain as part-time support.
