As we expand into spray foam services, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Crew Leader to help us deliver the same trusted workmanship we're known for—now in a new way.Who We're Looking For:Experienced: At least 1 year of spray foam insulation experience is required.Team Leader: Brings a steady, confident presence to the crew—coaching others, keeping things moving, and focused on efficient, high-quality work.Problem-Solver: Stays calm when plans shift and finds solutions on the spot.Mechanically Inclined: Able to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on spray foam equipment.Physically Capable: Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in attics or other active job sites.Growth-Oriented: Driven to exceed personal goals, expand skills, and deliver consistent, high-level work.Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record: Holds a valid Class C license and can confidently drive a 24' box truck with air brakes. ;Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 insulation installersPrepare job sites by setting up equipment, protecting surfaces, and ensuring clean, safe work areas.Install spray polyurethane foam insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other designated areas.Operate, maintain, and perform basic upkeep on spray foam rigs, compressors, and related equipment.Clean up job sites and remove debris upon completion of work.Follow all safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with steady year-round hours, about 45-55 hours/week, with overtime available.Travel to local job sites within 1–3 hours of Myerstown; overnight travel is rare. ;What We Offer Our Spray Foam Insulation Crew Leader:$26 - $31/hour, DOE$1000 Sign-On BonusHealth InsurancePaid Vacation & HolidaysIRA with a 3% company matchQuarterly Profit-Sharing BonusRelocation AssistanceAnnual Driver's BonusYearly Christmas DinnerCompany ApparelCompany-provided safety equipmentA tight-knit, family-owned team that supports one another on and off the jobA faith-based work environment where integrity, hard work, and honoring God guide everything we do ;To ApplyIf you're a hands-on leader with spray foam experience committed to doing quality work the right way, we'd love to hear from you.
