Description This casual position involves assessment of customer service in a community leisure facility in your area. Tasks include: (1) Make 4 phone calls and 1 appointment (2) Visit the leisure facility for a membership enquiry and tour (3) Report using an Excel file/form and return to We Serve U Right for processing. It is anticipated that this task will take up to 1 hour including travel. Throughout this task, specific criteria will be assessed using a standard Microsoft Excel template to measure customer service performance. For this assessment you will be paid $60.00 taxable income. Our monthly payroll requires a Taxation Declaration form and banking details to be submitted prior to commencement.
