Location: Dodge Center, MN Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday: 5:00 PM 3:30 AM; Friday: 8-hour shift as scheduled). Weekend hours as needed for project completion.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Welder to join our Tooling team as a Senior Tooling Technician . This is a hands-on, direct-hire role for a problem-solver who takes pride in building precision, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring production has the reliable tools and fixtures needed to succeed. You will be the expert responsible for constructing new fixtures from drawings, performing advanced repairs, and maintaining a vast array of production tooling.
