Job brief In this role, youll work effectively to service and upsell client products and services to current and future customers via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms using the "Service to Sales" methodology. Youll also identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs.
