Job Description:
The Field Engineer performs on time and accurate Maintenance, installation in one or more modalities of equipment. The Field Engineer is aware of and follows all Field Modification Instructions and/or Instrument Service Information bulletins. Works with experienced Field Engineers, both onsite and remotely, to learn troubleshooting, repair, and equipment installation techniques. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. This is a remote role that requires the candidate to work onsite at customer locations and occasionally from home office. To provide onsite customer support, candidates needs to be able to travel.
