Land Surveyor Crew Chief position Responsibilities for this position include: Perform field work on surveying, civil engineering, and construction projects, including topographic, ALTA, boundary, Right of Way and As-builts, Flood Elevation Certificates, and Lot Surveys Maintenance and care of vehicles, equipment, and instruments used during the execution of survey services Follow company CAD procedures and standards Maintain schedules Utilize CAD commands Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Professional Surveyor preferred or the ability to obtain license. 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD, and/or Civil3D experience a plus / not required Must have 5-10 years of experience with a variety of survey-related tasks, including legal descriptions; calculation and recording of field data; creating plats, plot plans and real property surveys; and construction staking GPS and robotic experience preferred Must be detail oriented and able to work unsupervised...
