Senior Field Service Engineer – Hokkaido (Tomakomai)

Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for Rapidus, managing technical concerns, troubleshooting malfunctions, and resolving escalations effectively.
Collaborate closely with the customer to design and execute experiments for new process development, continuous improvement (CIP), troubleshooting, and tool-to-tool matching.
Serve as the on-site technical expert during equipment installation, start-up, and warranty phases.
Lead equipment qualification to meet customer process specifications, timelines, and ASM budget targets.
Drive containment actions, short-term fixes, and long-term solutions aligned with customer requirements.
