You will manage inbound/outbound contacts with Spanish-speaking customers to convert prospects, retain existing clients, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in Spanish and English to convert leads and retain customers. Identify customer needs, present appropriate products/services, and close sales or secure retention agreements. Resolve billing, service and account issues, offering tailored retention offers and solutions. Meet or exceed individual KPIs (conversion rate, retention rate, revenue per contact, NPS/CSAT).
