We are seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support all project controls functions across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with multiple departments to maintain and report on project status within the Projects Register and longârange plans. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining projects and budgets in Ecosys, Maximo, and SAP; validating funding and cash flows; supporting work order, purchase request, and accrual activities; and coordinating with Finance, Controls Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. The position also supports management reporting, contractor evaluations, policy compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, while helping ensure projects are properly tracked, funded, and closed in accordance with established controls processes.
