Description Job Title: Mine Maintenance Technician Reports To : Mine Maintenance Supervisor Location : New Mexico – East Plant (Relocation assistance available for candidates that qualify when applicable) OVERVIEW A Mine Maintenance Technician troubleshoots all underground mining equipment and various machinery. This position requires the ability to work safely, whether independently or within a team, a wide mechanical knowledge, and flexibility for on-call schedules. JOB DUTIES Troubleshoot and repair items including, but not limited to: hydraulic mining equipment, conveyor belts, ore loadout equipment, and mobile and stationary diesel equipment Perform preventative maintenance items on equipment and machinery, including: greasing, changing oil, looking for defects during service session, torque drain plugs, etc. Install and change: motors, chains, gear boxes, transmissions, differentials and/or suspension work Preform cutting (Oxy and...
