Position Overview and Responsibilities The Yu Lab at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. We are part of the Cardiovascular Biology Research Program at OMRF. Our research focuses on the interface between cellular metabolism and vascular biology. Specifically, we aim to elucidate the crosstalk between metabolic programs and angiogenic signaling events and to understand the involvement of cellular metabolism in the pathogenesis of vascular diseases. Multidisciplinary strategies will be employed, ranging from novel genetically-modified mouse models to cutting-edge systems biology tools including metabolomics and single-cell transcriptome analysis.
