Position Summary This position is responsible for the operational excellence of our Systems and Service teams in both the US and Canada.  This includes the assessment of technician skills and the creation, preparation, and delivery of Technical Training material for Employees. These topics include but are not limited to: Substations, Transformers, Relays, Circuit Breakers, Protection and Controls and NFPA70E Safety. The position is also responsible for being a subject matter expert (SME) for the company locations within the region of coverage.  This includes supporting technicians on questions they have while in the field, creating SOPs, templates, test sheets and reports as well as preparing technicians for certification exams.
