DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries within established timelines Build and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the client's products and services Manage incoming correspondence as requested Accurately record all calls in accordance with procedures Maintain administrative forms updated and organized Identify when a complex problem or inquiry needs to be escalated
REQUIREMENTS:
