Weyerhaeuser Company is seeking full-time Production Associate Team Members for our  Zwolle, LA . Engineered Lumber facility. We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety & have a desire to work in a manufacturing facility while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic. The starting pay rate will be $19.50 per hour.  Upon completion of probationary period, employees are eligible for a wage increase up to $19.97/hour.   Key Functions: Total commitment to working safe and following all safety rules and regulations.   HS Diploma or Equivalent. Current BC Journeyman Millwright Certification (or Red Seal if outside BC). 3+ years of experience in an Industrial Maintenance setting. Demonstrated ability to follow safe work practices and procedures. Knowledge and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, drive alignment and conveyance. Willingness to develop and attain training in our Standard Manufacturing Procedures, SMPs, vibration analysis, oil analysis, crane inspection certification. Commitment to learning new systems and equipment. Well-developed planning and organizational abilities. Ability and desire to see problems through to completion. Willingness to work alternate shifts and be flexible with short-term scheduling variations.
