The Shift Coordinator will provide in-the-moment assistance to the animal care team as it pertains to decision making, problem solving and staffing coverage during morning and weekend shifts.  You will also provide the Animal Care Supervisor with feedback, in a timely manner, on any personnel matters. As the first point of contact for LVTs and clinicians during shifts, you will demonstrate strong problem-solving and professional communication skills.
