Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Program Design The program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives. FLDP participants will complete a two-year rotational program consisting of approximately four rotational assignments, including a three-month international rotation. Rotational assignments are generally six months in duration; however, assignment lengths may be adjusted to accommodate the international experience and business requirements while ensuring a comprehensive two-year development program. Geographical flexibility is required during the program and upon completion of the program. Relocation assistance is provided.
