Job Details: This position is responsible for evaluating every pedigree candidate for breast meat yield and dimensional analysis using ultrasound. Responsibilities include evaluating each pedigree candidate for skeletal deformities using X-ray equipment to ensure pedigree breeders are free of skeletal defects; transporting and maintaining the ultrasound computer, ultrasound machine, and X-ray unit; assessing breast meat yield and dimensional measurements; identifying skeletal deformities; and performing necropsies on pedigree candidates found to be defective to confirm the defect. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, office equipment, and business practices.
