The Print and Media Production Manager is responsible for a large 24x5 digital print-on-demand production facility of 20-25 employees (25-50 peak season). Responsible for all associated activities in an on-demand environment including, but not limited to: staffing, talent development, forecasting procurement, and plant capacities, meeting customer timelines, vendor relations, and process improvement. The Media Factory manager will also interact with internal customers to ensure critical deadlines are met and utilize skills to further develop and maintain internal procedures.
