Position Summary: The Franklin Pierce University Psychology Department is seeking dynamic applicants for an Assistant Professor position in a thriving program at our undergraduate Rindge campus. This faculty member would teach Introduction to Psychology along with courses in Counseling, Family and Intimate Partner Violence, Crisis Intervention, Child Abuse and Neglect, Tests and Measurements and Psychology of Gender. Teaching in the General and Liberal Education program is a requirement, and willingness to teach the first-year seminar “First Year Inquiry” is a plus. This faculty member should demonstrate a commitment to scientifically informed pedagogy, experiential learning, and student engagement in the classroom. Counseling experience is a bonus.
