Job Details: Job Description Processing: This position could work in any position of the Processing department.  This position requires the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds and standing 8-10 hours a day. Work around meat environment such as blood, fat, bones, and any other meat product. Positions on Processing will involve use of a knife and hook to bone out or trim pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment such as saws, whizard knives, or skinner machines. Other positions may involve packaging department which involves bagging and boxing product. Work in processing department involves extreme cold and wet environment with temperature range of 33-49 degrees.
