Position Description Serco is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Military Intelligence Principal Military Trainer – Workstation Controller (WSC) in support of the Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). You will be an integral part of a team training Army Corps, Divisions, and Brigades on the Army Mission Command Systems and Operations Process. This role is based at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge military simulation systems in support of large-scale combat operations.
