Job Title: Plant Manager III (Pork Processing) Location: Logansport, IN (Onsite) Salary: $163,000 - $273,000 / yr + 401K & Stock Options Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent Relocation Assistance: Available (Nationwide) Vendor Fee : 4% Job Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber Plant Manager III to lead all functional areas of a large-scale Pork processing facility. This role is responsible for the oversight of three production shifts, maintenance, personnel safety, shipping/receiving, sanitation, scheduling, and quality control. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of driving process improvements while ensuring food safety, quality, and legality across all phases of production.
