Human Resources Manager Private Equity-Backed Food Manufacturing | An established, private equity-backed food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead people operations at one of its manufacturing facilities in Texas. This is a hands-on, site-based leadership position, working closely with plant leadership and the wider HR function to strengthen workforce performance, develop talent, improve employee engagement, and ensure HR practices support the company's operational and commercial objectives.
